# Welcome!

Hello and welcome to my blog. My name is Irfan, I'm a disciplined and goal-oriented person, a husband, and father of two beautiful kids. I spend most of my time working and playing with the kids. Despite my computer science and introverted background, as it happens, I find my passion in leadership and business. I love seeing how I can grow team and people, and with technology bring positive significant impact to business through strategic planning, excellent team execution, organization design, infrastructure planning, and growing and trusting culture.
